Unlimited Partnerships is an organization dedicated to strengthening churches and developing leaders! We accomplish that in two unique and complementary ways. Through our new Church Strengthening Division we support local chuches with a team of proven consultants who bring their strategies and strengths directly to churches who are looking to reach the next level. This allows us to work with local churches across the nation to maximize their potential from the inside out. You can learn more about this new ministry by clicking here.
Our UP Chapter Ministry is still dedicated to strengthening churches and developing leaders, but our focus is on churches who need additional staff ministers and are located near one of our chapters. We partner with SBC organizations, local churches, seminaries, and universities and are able to place students as staff ministers in churches, where they are responsible for evangelism, discipleship, leadership development, and starting new Bible study units. Moreover, UP provides them and their pastor with mentoring, networking, and training from a national pool of proven leaders. This allows us to raise up a new generation of Christian leaders. We have found that the best way to accomplish our goal is by taking student leaders from campuses across the country and placing them in a healthy local church, where they gain practical ministry experience and are treated as a staff member with staff responsibilities, not an intern.
UP's Chapter Ministry is unique in that it is the only organization that can place a student into a church as a staff member, pay that student through the giving of a sponsoring church, provide a mentor for the student, and bring in nationally known speakers and guests to train the students at the monthly UP Staff Meeting held at each chapter. What students learn through UP translates directly into their ministry and helps their local church.
Another unique aspect of this side of UP is that the student's pastor also participates in the monthly UP Staff Meeting. These pastors have told us that they learn as much as the students in these meetings, and they have seen their own ministry grow as a result. Many of our monthly speakers are also part of our Church Strengthening team as well!
